THE STANDARD BEHIND WINDSOR
Windsor Concierge was founded by Michele Spiess, MSN, RN, after years of working across hospital leadership, bedside nursing, private care, and complex care coordination.
Her experience spans critical care, maternal-child health, pediatrics, concierge nursing, private duty care, VIP client support, and the operational demands of building and managing large private nursing teams.
Michele has worked domestically and internationally with high-profile clients, ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth families, royal families, and private clients requiring a heightened level of discretion, coordination, and trust.
Through that work, she saw the same problem again and again: families were being asked to manage complicated healthcare decisions without one experienced person overseeing the full picture.
Windsor was created to fill that gap.
Today, Windsor brings together clinical judgment, high-level coordination, discretion, and private-client service to support individuals and families through both everyday healthcare needs and complex medical situations.
